One federal rule. Fifty states.
The DOJ's Title II web accessibility rule is federal: the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard and the same April 26, 2027 and April 26, 2028 deadlines apply to public entities everywhere. Pick your state for who is covered and how we help.
We scanned 12,905 city, county and special district .gov websites nationwide in September 2026. 5,222 of the 8,921 we could reach had flagged homepage accessibility issues, and 7,110 had no accessibility statement we could find. Every state page below carries its own numbers.
